So So Logo’s on Broadway
There are Great logos and bad logos that I want to write about. The middle of the road logos are boring, and I don’t want to write much about them. Here are some that I just want to get out of the way.
Apricot Lane is a franchise store, but it seems each logo is different and possibly created locally. It is nice, not overly special, and I don’t know who created it.
Ever After is a retail store that I’m sure must be locally owned. Their entire window seems to be hand painted, including the window sign. It has a high school feel to it.

Best Version I could get of the Ever After logo
Saratoga Coffee Traders has good coffee, but the logo is kind of strange. Too many fonts, and a strange illustration that doesn’t really work with burlap. Just a lot of things going on all at once for no particular reason.

Finally, Speck Boutique is truly on the fence when it comes to being mediocre. It is kind of memorable and well balanced, yet I get no feeling for what the store sells. Is it retro eighties clothing? Saved By The Bell Posters? Maybe it is only mediocre to me.
